Alright. That's it. I think I need a break.

I was so busy with teaching that I barely got to see any of the Action Dueling tournament, and now it's basically over!

LDS should really consider hiring on more full-time instructors...

I can only assume it's because they're in direct competition with Duel Academy, too. So it might be harder to hire on instructors.

I mean... You're that new Synchro instructor, right? And you're from out of the country, from what I heard?

Yeah, it's probably that. The established brand is sucking up all the talent who'd want to teach there and I get the feeling LDS is sometimes a 'second choice.'

Yeah, doing this instead of trying to hit the pro circuit. Barely missed registration for the action dueling tournament and they were willing to hire me on and... well. I just love teaching.

Well... I mean, I work here, but Duel Academy basically has prestige. It's the best one for if you want to get into general Duel Monsters-related jobs, including teaching. LDS focuses on just the pros though, so you don't have any cycling going on of people who attended LDS to becoming teachers of LDS.

Right, right. Now I remember. You're from Poland. But it goes to show that LDS basically needs to get instructors from outside of Japan if they want them, since otherwise, they gravitate towards Duel Academy or other jobs, like working at Kaiba Corp or Industrial Illusions.

And either we really love it, or we can't get into the circuit ourselves for whatever reason.

Yeah. That's probably it. Quantity over quality isn't... exactly what I'd aim for but... Ah, it's about the kids.

I got invited to this after a deal I had to be a company representative fell through. On account of that company getting bought out and shutting down.

Quality is one thing, but at least get two or three more instructors for each main course...

Hopefully they're working on it. I'd like to try and work one on one with kids, but the current system makes it impossible without singling out favorites.
