Either way, he's sorta silently nodding as though listening to a conversation going on... only no one's with him. Only things on the table in front of him are a cup of hot tea he's drinking, a sandwich, and a Wattfox card.*

A bit chatty, though. Not that it's bad, but it's better to listen than to talk with him.

There's no "tend" about it.

Currently, he's talking about the contents of my sandwich. The people around. Why there's someone trying to talk to me while he's holding a very important conversation about the differences between the swiss and cheddar that make up the layers between the meat of my lunch.

Personally I find myself preferential to Swiss, and I'm talking to you because I find you fascinating.

He thinks you're interrupting him. He thinks I'm interrupting him!
